RGP's investment banking activities are focused on providing mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital raising transaction services to its portfolio companies, existing clients and selected new clients where the opportunity for a long-term relationship exists.

RGP is not a broker-dealer registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (the "NASD"). In certain instances, RGP clients utilize 1st Worldwide Financial Partners, LLC ("1WFP"), a broker-dealer registered with the NASD, as their placement agent in capital raising transactions. Certain RGP professionals are registered representatives of 1WFP for the purpose of executing financing transactions.
