Raymond E. Bayley

Ray Bayley is the president and chief executive officer of Novus Law, LLC. Mr. Bayley is responsible for the company's strategy, ethics, global operations and
quality management systems. He is the former managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers' North American Business Process Outsourcing
organization - considered during his tenure as the world's leading outsourcing organization - and was a member of the firm's 15-member management
committee, responsible for overseeing the $9 billion, 70,000 person, U.S. operations of the firm. Mr. Bayley is also the former chief executive officer
of a business process outsourcing company with large scale operations in India. Mr. Bayley received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Illinois and Master of Business Administration degree with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Marc A. Bushala
Managing Partner , MAB Capital Management, LLC
Marc founded MAB Capital Management in 2010 to make strategic investments in the real estate, communications, hospitality and entertainment sectors within the U.S. and internationally. Prior to founding MAB, Marc was President and Global Director of Acquisitions, The Radiate Group (subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc.), a global marketing services company. As Group President with responsibility for strategy and acquisitions globally, Marc led the group through 30 acquisitions in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America since 2000, resulting in consolidated revenues of more than $500 million.
In 1994, Marc formed Atomic Entertainment LLC (“Atomic”) and United Entertainment Co. LLC (“UEC”). Together with partner Sir Bob Geldof and Plant 24 Productions, Atomic created the first native language music television channel in Poland and Romania, called “Atomic TV”. Atomic and UEC created, owned and operated theme restaurants and a chain of family entertainment centers in Central Europe. The businesses of Atomic were sold in 1999 and 2000. In 1989, Bushala founded the National Facilities Group, Inc. (“NFG”), a company specializing in database management of commercial property portfolios of Fortune 1000 companies. NFG was sold in 2004.
Marc’s background in property development includes residential, industrial and commercial office properties, as well as asset management. Through MAB, Marc maintains an active portfolio of investments in commercial and residential properties in the U.S. and Europe.
Marc is a member of the Chicago Counsel for Global Relations, The Urban Land Institute and is on the board of more than a dozen companies in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. Marc received his B.S. degree in Marketing from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).

From January 2004 to June 2009, Don served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aftermarket Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced
engineering solutions and supply chain logistics services primarily to the light vehicle aftermarket and the consumer electronics industries.
Formerly Don was Global Director, Parts, Supply and Logistics for Ford Motor Company managing $6 billion in cost, $1 billion in inventory,
7,500 employees and 60 facilities delivering 160 million orders to 15,000 dealers. Prior to Ford, Don spent 26 years at Caterpillar,
culminating in his leadership of Caterpillar Logistics, in addition to serving as Vice President - Logistics Services, Strategic Development
Manager, Technology Manager, Inventory Systems Manager, Distribution Research Consultant and Inventory Planning Manager.
Don earned his B.A. degree in Management from the University of Illinois.
John A. Schweig

Grainger is a global distributor of maintenance and repair supplies, with over a million business customers, 600 locations, and 17,000 employees.
Grainger is ranked by Fortune as one of America's 100 most admired companies. John's responsibilities included Grainger's corporate strategy, mergers
and acquisitions, and innovation. His operating responsibilities included international distribution and procurement. Prior to joining Grainger, John was a partner at Bain & Company specializing in distribution and consumer products. Prior to that, he served as President of
Gesco Industries, a St. Louis-based adhesive tape manufacturing company. Early in his career, John worked for Smith Barney's Corporate Finance team in New York.
John received his B.A. degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Colgate University. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
