James T. DImitriou

Jim currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Deegit, Inc., a professional services firm providing technology based project expertise in the form of project delivery as well as on-demand talent augmentation. Jim has a proven track record of building and managing significant sales and operations organizations.
Prior to joining Deegit he was a Managing Partner at Tatum, where he was responsible for 80% of the client facing markets, and managed all sales, delivery of services, operations, talent recruiting and client engagement efforts. Additionally, he managed Tatum’s finance and back office operations, and handled day to day supervision of the National Health Care, as well as the National Private Equity Practices.
Prior to Tatum, he was Executive Vice President at nGenera Corporation where he managed four major business units, with revenues exceeding $70 million, including SaaS applications, research, executive development and leadership and advisory services. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Sales Midwest Region at Cap Gemini, Inc. LLC, managing $240 million in annual sales of large scale strategy, business process improvement and ERP engagements to Fortune 1000 companies.
Previous experience included his role as EVP Customer Operations at Loudcloud/Opsware, a $70m startup that went public, where he managed sales, professional services, 24/7 data center operations, customer support and R&D, and as Managing Partner West Region at CSC Consulting where he drove revenue growth over 300% to exceed $100M. Jim started his career at Andersen Consulting, spending 11 years as a management consultant.
He has a B.A. in Economics from Carleton College, and actively serves on the following associations: Economic Club of Chicago, Executives Club of Chicago, Association for Corporate Growth, Business Forum International and is on the board of Novus Law, LLC and Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
