James T. DImitriou

Jim currently serves as interim Director of Sales of Sales Empowerment Group (SEG), a leading sales consulting firm to fast growing businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining SEG, Jim was the Managing Director of the Consulting Services Organization at Advanced Resources LLC, which provides financial and HR solutions to assist companies in the form of project-based initiatives, interim executive leadership, and expertise to solve complex issues. Prior to that, Jim was the Managing Partner of Tatum, a professional services division of Randstad, specializing in providing executive level interim leadership (CFO, CIO, COO), as well as mission critical engagements to improve financial performance to the middle market.

He also held significant management roles at, Deegit, as CEO, at Capgemini, as VP of Sales Midwest Region, Loudcloud/Opsware, as EVP of Customer Operations and Sales and CSC Consulting, where Jim was Managing Partner, Executive Board Member and West Region Director. Jim started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), spending 11 successful years there before being promoted to Associate Partner.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Carleton College, and currently serves on the boards of Rock Gate Partners, Twisted Rope, Inc., Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
